Another fave! Haven’t had this oil in stock in years! So happy to have it back, I plan on using it in Soy Melts and Bath Bombs!

I’m not fond of sweets scent, but this was a request. OOB I was really skeptical. The scent improved a lot in CP soap and it’s growing on me. It does accelerate and discolor to a chocolate brown, but the discoloration didn’t bleed in my tester, so I used the FO for a layered cake look and it worked great.

This FO I was a little cautious OOB. It hardly smelled like strawberries and mostly smells of that orange liquor and chocolate. After using this in CP soap (1% ppw) and letting it set for a few days, the scent morphed and now it smells like fresh strawberries with creamy milk chocolate. That orange liquor scent went down over time.
I soap at 80-90F. No acceleration, no ricing, no separation and no cracking. This was a well-behaved FO in my soap and I’m so glad the scent morphed in the soap. It smells a lot more like strawberries and creamy chocolate. In uncoloured soap, it did discolour to a milk/dark brown. Funny enough, it looks like milk chocolate as it has hints of red in the brown. Can’t wait to use this in a big batch and make some Valentine’s Day soap!
